Special feature:Tsushima Kami Tsunemitsu was born in Gamo-gun, Omi Province, moved to Edo, and is called Edo ishido along with Dewa Kami Mitsuhira and Echizen Kami Munehiro. He was born in the 3rd year of Kanei. He is known as Ichinojyo and later called Saburo zaemon. Currently, it is a strong theory that they went from Oumi to Kyoto and went down to Edo. Mitsuhira is said to be 6 years older than Tsunemitsu, Tsunemitsu is called Tachibana uji, and Mitsuhira is called Genji, so it is doubtful that he was traditionally called a brother. Both Mitsuhira and Tsunemitsu are swordsmiths represented by Edo Ishido, and they are reminiscent of the old Ichimonji, such as grilling the flowery Cyoji midare and releasing Utsuri.

From Aoi Art :This wakizashi ’s Tsunemitsu’s work has a lot of Utsuri appears clearly by creating a unique Cyoji midare. It is a work reminiscent of Ichimonji, and it goes in and out violently. In Hamon and Sunagashi Kinsuji work and it is bright and clear. Tsunemitsu rarely has such a good work, and it is also preferable that it is sound. Daisyo’s work is Nyudo Tsunemitsu Tsushima Kami Tachibana Tsunemitsu, which is very rare. Daito has Uramei as Genroku August 16th lucky day, and Tsunemitsu has few works with Uramei and can be Utsuri on the sword surface in the Edo period, so I definitely recommend this pair of Tsunemitsu.
