Habaki: Double gold-foiled habaki.
Blade Length: 64.8 cm (25.51 in).
Curvature: 1.2 cm (0.47 in).
Mekugi Hole: 1.
Width at Base (Motohaba): 3.00 cm (1.18 in).
Width at Yokote: 2.23 cm (0.88 in).
Thickness of rim (Kasane): 0.72 cm (0.28 in).
Sword Weight: 775 g.
Era: Edo period, around the Kanbun era (1661–1673).
Shape: A broad and thick blade bearing a gold-inlaid inscription attributing it to Kotetsu.
Jigane: Well-forged ko-itame hada of fine quality.
Hamon: Nie-deki gunome-midare with variations in height and pattern. The boshi continues in midare and turns back.

Features: Although this blade bears the signature of Nagasone Okisato Nyudo Kotetsu, we do not offer it as a genuine work by Kotetsu. Nevertheless, the blade itself is of high quality and exhibits excellent workmanship.
