This blade is ranked as Jyojyo Saku among the works attributed to Yamato Shizu Kaneuji (with gold-inlaid attribution).

Habaki: Double gold-foiled habaki.
Blade Length: 69.2 cm (27.24 in).
Curvature: 0.5 cm (0.20 in).
Mekugi Hole: 3.
Width at Base (Motohaba): 3.33 cm (1.31 in).
Width at Yokote: 2.51 cm (0.99 in).
Thickness of rim (Kasane): 0.60 cm (0.24 in).
Sword Weight: 705 g.
Era: From the late Kamakura period to the early Nanbokucho period.
Shape: Suriage with the machi moved up (machi-okuri). The blade has a wide mihaba and double bohi carved on both sides. It has graceful curvature and an elongated kissaki. The tang bears a gold-inlaid attribution by Hon'ami Koson, and the omote is inscribed "Yamato Shizu Kaneuji."
Jigane: Well-forged ko-itame hada with active chikei. The fine grain is clearly visible, and utsuri appears distinctly.
Hamon: A gentle ko-gunome-midare. The boshi continues in a midare pattern.

Features: This is a robust blade with a wide mihaba, bearing a gold-inlaid attribution to Yamato Shizu Kaneuji by Hon'ami Koson. When compared with an Important Sword attributed to Yamato Kaneuji, this blade appears slightly larger with a broader mihaba, while the hamon is remarkably similar. It is considered to have been forged between the late Kamakura period and the early Nanbokucho period.

Koshirae:
Tsuba: Round iron tsuba with an openwork paulownia design.
Fuchikashira: Shibuichi ground carved with the umebachi crest and decorated with gold and black lacquer iroe.
Saya (Scabbard): Decorative lacquered saya with a unique finish, featuring a copper inlay of an oni at one location.
Menuki: Shakudo menuki carved with a Nebiki-matsu (dragging pine) ornament motif, highlighted with gold iroe.
