Regarding Export Permit Processing

Thank you very much for your continued support of Aoi Art.

We would like to inform you that the issuance of export permits by the Agency for Cultural Affairs is currently taking longer than usual due to a high volume of applications.

While the normal processing time is approximately six weeks, it may currently take up to eight weeks.

Please note that we submit your export permit application on the first business day after we confirm your payment. Contacting the Agency for Cultural Affairs to inquire about the status of an application does not expedite the process.

We are currently receiving a large number of inquiries, which is affecting our ability to respond promptly and process shipments efficiently. Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from contacting us for individual updates regarding the status of your export permit.

As soon as the export permit has been issued and your order is ready for shipment, we will contact you immediately and arrange dispatch.

We greatly appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation.
