Shape: The long kerakubi (neck section) indicates that this spear was likely made during the late Muromachi period.
Jigane: Well-forged itame hada forming a comparatively refined jigane.
Hamon: Suguha.

Features: This spear is signed "Senjuin Saku." The NBTHK Tokubetsu Hozon certificate attributes it to Mino, late Muromachi period. The Mino Senjuin school was established by swordsmiths of the Yamato Senjuin tradition who relocated to Fuwa District in Mino Province. Their works display a distinctive blend of the Mino and Yamato Senjuin forging styles.
