Norinari is one of the Ko-Fukuoka Ichimonji smiths along with Norimune and Sukemune, known for flamboyant hamon patterns.
This piece has a clearly legible mei (signature).

Shape: A long blade (74.9 cm) with solid thickness and a slightly extended kissaki.
Jigane: Fine ko-itame hada, very well forged and clear.
A bright and refined steel appearance.
Hamon: Ko-nie-deki, a straight line with gunome midare.
Includes small ashi and ashi entering the hamon.
The boshi is narrow, turning back in a small round shape
