This sword is ranked as Jyojyo Saku for Bishu Osafune Yasumitsu.
Habaki: Double Habaki with gold overlay.
Blade Length: 1 shaku 5 sun 3 bu (46.36 cm / 18.25 in).
Curvature: 0.
Mekugi Hole: 1.
Width at Base (Motohaba): 2.66 cm (1.05 in).
Width at Tip (Sakihaba): 2.66 cm (1.05 in).

Shape: A wakizashi with standard width and thickness.
Bo-hi with soe-bi and tsume carvings are engraved on both sides.
Jigane: Ko-itame hada well forged, forming a beautiful and refined jigane.
Hamon: Nie-deki, forming a gentle gunome-midare.
The boshi turns back in a rounded shape.

Features: Bishu Osafune Yasumitsu is regarded as one of the representative swordsmiths of the Muromachi period, together with Morimitsu.
The Bizen swordsmiths of the early Muromachi period are called “Oei Bizen,” and Yasumitsu, alongside Morimitsu, is known as one of its leading masters.
This work was made in Oei 29 (1422).
