Shape: slightly thin and deeply carved blade with big suriage.
Jigane: fine Ko-itame and mokume with whitish Utsuri
Hamon: Ko-nie base Suguha with tight nioikuchi.

Features:
The Mihara school was a group of swordsmiths who flourished in Mihara, Bingo Province, tracing their origins to Masaie, who worked in the late Kamakura period. At that time, Bingo Province contained many estates owned by temples and shrines in Nara, and it is believed that swordsmiths migrated from Yamato to Bingo. As a result, the workmanship of the Mihara school reflects strong Yamato influence, featuring a predominance of suguha with areas of flowing masame (straight grain) visible in the jigane.

Koshirae:
Tsuba: Mokko shaped copper tsuba with arabesque patterns.
Fuchikashira: Shakudo nanako base carved with a draon and waves.
Menuki: a design of flower.
