Features:
Although unsigned and showing considerable wear, this sword itself is quite old and is believed to be a work from the late Muromachi period. Based on the characteristics of the hamon and jigane, it appears the Echizen Seki tradition to me. The koshirae is unified with a theme of autumnal nature, featuring chrysanthemums and other seasonal motifs throughout the mounting.

Tsuba: iron base carveid with Inome openwork.
Fuchikashira: shakudo base, carved with autumn insects and flowers.
Menuki: a design of chrysanthemums.
Kozuka: iron base carved with chrysanthemums and a dragonfly.
