Curvature: 0.8cm (0.31in)

Era : Early Edo period. About Meireki era.(about 1655.)
Shape : This blade is regular sized, Suriage-Mumei Wakizashi with little sori and rather long Kissaki.
Jitetsu : Itame and Mokume mix, and works very well, with Jinie attach.
There are some rough skin.
Hamon : Nie based, Gunome midare. There are many Ko-ashi in Ha.
There are some Sunagashi in Ha.
It’s active Hamon. Boshi is Hakikake style with Sungashi.

Special feature : I think this blade was a Echizen Hirotaka, because of this Jitetsu and Hamon.
Hirotaka was a swordsmith of Echizen Shimosaka school, in about Meireki era.(about 1655)
He received also Hoki-daijo and Hoki no kami.
He studied under Domoto Kanetane who followed in the wake of Echizen Kanenori.
Hirotaka blades was well-known their cut well, and Hirotaka was ranked as Owazamono.

Unfortunately, this blade has some rough, but Hamon is very active.
