This work is ranked as Jyo Saku among the works attributed to Mumei(Unsigned) (Kanemoto).
Habaki: Single-piece copper habaki.

Curvature: 0.9 cm (0.35 in).

Width at Base (Motohaba): 2.73 cm (1.07 in).

The blade has an average width, a graceful curvature, and an extended kissaki.
Jigane: Fine-quality steel.
Hamon: Gunome-midare with somewhat rounded sanbonsugi.
It is considered a work made in imitation of Kanemoto.

Features: Although unsigned, the blade possesses a fine-quality jigane reminiscent of Kanemoto, and the hamon successfully reproduces the sanbonsugi pattern.
The workmanship conveys a high level of quality.

Tsuba: Square-shaped iron tsuba with a karigane (wild goose) openwork design.
Fuchikashira: Shakudo nanako ground decorated with high-relief bamboo and tiger motifs, highlighted with gold coloring.
Saya (Scabbard): Brown inro-style carved saya.
Menuki: Dragon design carved in shakudo and highlighted with gold coloring.
Kozuka: Shakudo nanako ground with a high-relief ox motif, highlighted with gold coloring.
