Kozuka: Mon Teijo Mitsuyoshi(written seal mark) 紋程乗  光美(花押)

Special feature:
A kozuka with a shakudō nanako ground, featuring a heraldic-style shishi design in gold.
This inscription indicates that Mitsuyoshi, the 15th head of the Gotō family, appraised it as the work of Gotō Teijō (9th generation).

Menuki: Mumei(unsigned)(Goto School)

Special feature: Solid gold menuki carved with a shishi design.

Era: The Edo period

Features: Gotō Teijō was the son of Kenjō, the 7th head of the Gotō family, and succeeded to the main Gotō line in 1636. He is renowned as one of the most accomplished metalworkers within the Gotō family.
Although the menuki are not by the same individual hand, they were appraised as works of the Gotō family.
