Special feature: Accoridng to one theory, Bizen Koku Osafune Shigezane
was said to be Motoshige’s younger brother.
The production period is from the second year of the Kareki era at the end of the Kamakura period to the Nanbokucho period.
Like Motoshige, it is thought that there were the first and second generations during this period.
The Jigane is Itame Hada and Masame Hada. The Hamon is Suguha base, Gunome Midare. The blade has a style reminiscent of Motoshige.
It also has the temperament of Aoe.

Kasane :0.52 cm or 0.20 inches.
The weight of the sword 355 grams
Shape : Regular width and thickness Katana. Chu-Kissaki.
There are Bo-Hi on both side of the blade.
Jigane : Ko Itame Hada and Ko Mokume Hada mixed. There are Utsuri.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Suguha Hamon with many Ashi.
The Nioikuchi is soft. Boshi is round shape and Hakikake style.
