Special feature: Shigekuni is from Yamato, Tegai school and worked for Tokugawa Ieyasu
and also his 10th son, Tokugawa Yoshinobu at Kishu Wakayama province.
His sword has 2 styles, one is Soshuden style with deep Nioikuchi,
and one is Suguha Yamato Tegai style. He also made many swords which mixed Soshuden style and Tegai style.

Width at the Kissaki : 2.44 cm or 0.96 inches.
Kasane : 0.67 cm or 0.264inches.
The weight of the sword 680grams.
Shape : The blade is wide and thick with deep sori and longer kissaki.
Bo-hi is engraved on both sides of the blade.
Jigane :Koitame hada well grained with jinie attach beautul nice texture.
Hamon :Nie deki deep nioikuchi suguha based and notare mixed Ashi and Yo work with
deep nioikuchi in Hamon, sunagashi Kinsuji work.
Notre and small round shape with hakikake and kinsuji.
