Special feature: Morishige was a son of the Morikage in Kamakura period Genno era. This sword was made Nanbokucho period Ouan era.
The sword is rather long and wide and thick long kissaki
but later on sword became small size and continued to
middle Muromachi period.

Blade length : 72.6 cm or 28.6 inches.
Sori : 2.5 cm or 0.98 inches.
Mekugi : 3
Width at the hamachi : 2.82 cm or 1.11 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.11 cm or 0.83 inches.
Kasane : 0.58 cm or 0.228 inches.
Shape : Cut shorten sword with regular
width and thickness and deep sori beautiful nice shape.
Jitetsu : Itame grain hada with mixture of mokume hada.
The jinie is well attached. It is clear jigane.
Hamon : Nie base with mixture of kochoji midare and kogunome.
There are streams of faint sunagashi and kinsuji activities.
It is irregular(midare) line ha.
Boshi is round shape and along with hamon, strong kinsuji work.
