Special feature: Bicchu Koku Junin Sadatsugu 1st generation started from Kamakura period around Jogen era(1207-1210). He is well known sword smith as the one of Gotobain sword smiths. This blade was made around Nanbokucho period Ouan era by 3rd generation.
The texture is Hadadatsu. The Nioikuchi is tight and bright.
Hamon is Suguha with Notare. That is typical Aoe blade.
The signature is Tachi Mei.

Blade length : 69.7 cm or 27.44 inches.
Sori :1.82cm or 0.71 inches.
Mekugi :  3
Width at the hamachi : 3.33 cm or 1.31 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.31 cm or 0.90 inches.
Kasane : 0.72cm or 0.28 inches.
Shape : The blade is wide and thick with deep sori
and long kissaki nice looking shape.
Jigane :Koitame and mokume hada mixed with jinie attach and utsuri appear.
Shinogi ji:koitame hada and small masame hada mixed.
Hamon :Niedeki Cyoji midare and gunome midare mixed.
Boshi is midarekomi style.
