Special feature :
Naoe Shizu school is a group of a smiths with the founder ‘Kaneuji’, who was one of 10 students of Masamune. They moved to Naoe from Sizu, Mino province.
The blade remaining signature on stem are very rare and most of them became Mumei by O-suriage.
The blade is Nagare mixed Kitae with Gunome-midare Sunagashi work strongly and we can see characteristics of Naoe Shizu from both Hamon and Jitetsu.
Hamon becomes similar to Masamune.
This Soshu-den style blade has beautiful Jitetsu and good work done by high ranking polisher.
