Special feature : Enjyu school was founded by Kunimura, the grandson of Raikuniyuki,
at Kamakura period and lasted until Nanbokucho period.
They made swords at Higo Kikuchi ward.
Some of the famous smith may be KUnitoki, Kuni, Kuniyasu and Kuniyoshi.
The piece is no different to Raikunitoshi piece.
Especially the jigane, elegant suguha and faint utsuri is impressive.
This blade is attributed as Jyuyo blade. It is enjoyable piece to view.

Blade length : 57.8 cm or 22.76 inches.
Sori : 1.2 cm or 0.47 inches.
Mekugi : 2
Width at the hamachi : 2.77 cm or 1.09 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.03 cm or 0.79inches.
Kasane : 0.64 cm or 0.25 inches.
Weight of only blade : 385 g
Era : Edo Kanbun period.
Shape : It is regular size width and thickness with bouhi engraved in both the surface and the back.
There are some sori. The kissaki is long.
Jitetsu : Koitame hada well grained with jinie attached, The chikei is well seen. It is very elegant jigane.
Hamon : NIe base with deep Nioiguchi. The hamachi side
is suguha and gradually becomes deep nioiguchi Jyuzuba burn around the kissaki. The ha is bright yet smoky.
Boushi : Boshi is round shape Yakisage style.
