Special feature : The blade is wide and long ookissaki style healthy Daimyo holding sword.
Kanemitsu was a son of the Kagemitsu and called Mago zaemon worked Bunei era(1264) First he learned making
swords from his father Kagemitsu and made Kataochi Gunome style but later on He made his own style like this sword.
He is one of the famous 21 cut well swords which is called Oowazamono (the best cut well sword maker)21 sword makers.
His swords are mentioned as Jyuyo Bunkazai 13 pieces right now.
The sword is very nice Jigane and Hamon and also clear Utsuri on the Ji.
Of course the blade was belonged to Daimyo family.

Blade length : 22.1 cm or 8.70 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.22 cm or 0.87 inches.
Kasane : 0.57 cm or 0.22 inches.
Era : Muromachi period.
Shape : The blade is very nice Moroba zukuri style nice looking shape.
On the both sides of the blade has Dokko and Bonji are engraved.
Jitetsu : Itamehada well grained with Jinie and Chikei attach and Chikei work.
Hamon : Niedeki Suguha with Notare and Gunome midare, with thick nioikuchi and a lot of soft ashi, sunagashi, Yo and Kinsuji.
