This blade is ranked as Jyo Saku among the works of Yoshimitsu (Tosa).
Habaki: Single gold-foiled habaki.
Blade Length: 7 sun — 21.2 cm (8.35 in).
Curvature: Uchizori (inward curvature).

Features: Yoshimitsu was a swordsmith of Tosa Province who is particularly known for producing blades with exceptionally thick kasane. He was especially renowned for his yoroi-doshi tanto. The Yoshimitsu of the late Muromachi period is often confused with the earlier Koto-period Yoshimitsu. A distinguishing characteristic of the late Muromachi Yoshimitsu is the notably thick kasane of his blades.
