Shape: This is a wakizashi with standard width and thickness, a moderate curvature, and a noticeable difference between the base and tip widths.
Jigane: Itame hada with intense grain patterns with Jinie.
Hamon: Nie deki Notare and Gunome with thick Nioikuchi with Nie. Boshi is rounded,

The first-generation Iga no Kami Kinmichi moved to Kyoto with his father Seki Kinmichi and his brothers—Izumi no Kami Kinmichi, Tanba no Kami Yoshimichi, and Ecchu no Kami Masatoshi—where each became active as a swordsmith.
From the second-generation Kinmichi onward, he was granted the title of “Nihon Kaji Sōshō” . Thereafter, successive generations inherited the titles “Iga no Kami” and “Nihon Kaji Sōshō,” and engraved the chrysanthemum crest on their signatures.
The 3rd-generation Kinmichi received the title of Iga no Kami in 1684.
