Hamon: Starts as suguha from the hamachi, then transitions into a dynamic wave pattern, forming a deep nioiguchi hamon reaching the tip, with a rounded boshi.

Features: He became the adopted son of a disciple of the first-generation Kanesada, inherited the name Kanesada, and later took the title Echigo no Kami Kanesada.
The hamon shows a deep nioiguchi with a wave-like midare pattern, likely inspired by Sukehira’s toranba style.
During this period, demand for swords had declined, requiring swordsmiths to develop creative innovations.
In particular, Sukehira’s toranba was widely imitated by many craftsmen.
Artisans experimented by adding carvings, gold inlays, and various other techniques to create distinctive works.
