An iron tsuba carved in openwork with a battle scene, further embellished with inlay decoration. The authenticity of the signature is uncertain, but it is a splendid and ornate tsuba richly decorated with numerous figures.

On the larger Tsuba, warriors are depicted above and below a bridge, both sides preparing for combat, conveying a strong sense of tension. A retainer is shown handing a helmet to a mounted commander, while soldiers on the bridge watch the situation unfold below.

On the smaller Tsuba, warriors are portrayed fighting in confusion inside a building. It appears that the opposing sides are distinguished by different facial colors.
