Description:
Inshu Ju Masayoshi was a metalsmith of the late Edo period and a student of Masamitsu. He served as an official metalworker for the Tottori Domain.
This piece features an openwork design of chrysanthemum leaves carved into an iron base and embellished with gold inlay. The subtle gradation of colors achieved through the inlay work is particularly exquisite.
