Shape: Wide and thick blade with appropriate curvature and slightly extended kissaki.
Jigane: Well-packed ko-itame hada forming a refined jigane.
Hamon: Ko-nie-deki, toranba with deep nioiguchi, the hamon is tight and resembles the highest quality work of Sukehira (Maru-Tsuda).
The boshi is round and long in its return.
Features: This work displays an excellent toranba.
The roundness of the kissaki differs from that of his master Sukehira.
Oku Izumi no Kami Tadashige was a disciple of Sukehira and occasionally produced toranba.
The jigane resembles that of Shinshinto smith Ozaki Suketaka and gives a hard impression.
