Special feature: Nagasone Kotetsu Nydo Okisato was a wekk known armor maker of Echizen province. But due to a shorp dron in demand for armor, he changed his job to swordsmith and went to Edo at the age of 50. it is said that it was commonly known as Sannojo. He called himseld Kotetsu, and also Kotetsu Nyudo.
Since August 4th year of Kanbun. the character of 虎徹 has been used. The production date is sterted from “Meireki 2 (1656)” to “Enpo 5 (1667)”. Many of his swors has Yakidashi. The style is also highly evalueayed Gunome Midare which called a Juzuba.

Jitetsu : Itame Hada Nagare, Hadadachi, with Jinie attach.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Wide Suguha Hamon base, shallow Notare and Gunomemidare mixed with Ko-Ashi and Sunagashi.
