Hizen koku Omi Kami Tadayoshi (6th generation)

Special feature : Hizen koku Omi Kami Tadayoshi(6th generation) was born in Bunka 1 year(1804).
He used signature of Tadahiro in his father's lifetime. After his father's death,
he changed his name into Tadayoshi. And he got the name of Oumi Kami in June 1790.
He passed away on December 28th 1815 at age of 80.
This blade has tight and soft Nioukuchi. The Jigane is nice Hizen Konuka Hada and healthy.
Especially the condition of Nakago is so good. This is an extremely wounderful blade.

Sori : 1.6 cm or 0.62 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.18cm or 1.25 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.25 cm or 0.88 inches.
Kasane : 0.75 cm or 0.29 inches.
Shape : The blade is wide and thick with deeper sorri
and long kissaki healthy wonderful shape.
Jitetsu :Koitame hada well grained with blackish jigane and chikei work.
Hamon : Niedeki deep nioikuchi suguha and notare work.
In hamon, there are many sunagashi and konsuki work.
Boshi is ichimai style with double hamon.
