Previous answer is
Inoue Izumi kami Kunisada

Special feature : This blade was made by Inoue-Shinkai.(Inoue Izumi no kami Kunisada.) As his father was so old, Shinkai forgeed on his behalf.
Examining the workmanship, we completely convinced with this opinion.
Inoue Shinkai was born as the Second son of Kunisada the First in
1630. Shinkai used the swordsmith name Kunisada on his early works.
He worked as a ghostsmith of his father around Keian era. Shinkai got
the title of Izumi (No) Kami in 1652. The Imperial Court approved him
to carve the chrysanthemum crest on the tang in 1661.
