The department of export permit in the government(Agency for Cultural Affairs) has moved to Kyoto from Tokyo in April.
Due to this transfer, the issue of the export permit is now delaying significantly.
We are already waiting for more than 5 weeks and we have no issued papers.
We are really sorry but we hope you understand and wait for a little more time before the shipment.
