This blade is ranked as Jyo Saku among the works of Shinshinto Jumyo.
Habaki: Single Silver Habaki.
Blade Length: 29.2 cm (11.50 in).
Curvature: 0.2 cm (0.08 in).
Mekugi Hole: 1.
Width at Base (Motohaba): 2.76 cm (1.09 in).
Thickness of rim (Kasane): 0.66 cm (0.26 in).
Sword Weight: 260 g.
Era: Mid Edo Period.
Shape: Wide blade with grooves carved on both sides, additionally featuring a bo-hi.
The kissaki is elongated.
Jigane: Well-forged ko-itame hada, forming a nearly plain surface appearance.
Hamon: Nie-deki gunome-midare, with the boshi turning back in a rounded form.

Features: This is a tanto authenticated by the Japanese Sword Museum as Shinshinto Jumyo.
Jumyo swords are said to bring longevity and were traditionally presented as auspicious gifts.
