Era: The late Edo period, around Tempo era.

Jigane: Itamehada flows in Masame
Hamon: Suguha with Gunome-Midare, Kera-kubi is long and it gives us an impression of “old generation”. However, we suppose it was around the Tempo era
.
Special Feature: Apparently it seems like the works in the late Muromachi period, however, Mei(signature) is engraved in a way that the younger sword smiths do. In our opinion, it had been made in Bakumatsu, the late Edo period, around Tempo era. Jigane is well-grained with Masame, and Hamon is Gunome-Midare with Nioikuchi. Very interesting Yari. We truly recommend this good work for you.
