Era: Late of Muromachi
Shape: Long Yari with long Kerakubi. This is an old blade but it is Ubu-Nakago
Jigane: Ko-Itake-Hada with Masame. Jinie attached beautiful and clear.
Hamon: Niedeki Gunome-Midare and Nijuba. Ashi and Yo, Sunagashi, Kinsuji are worked. Boshi is Midarekomi and Hakikake style.

special feature: Kiyofusa is Suou’s swordsmith who worked around the Tenbu era for Nio school. The school started in the early of Kamakura period by Kiotsuna and continue until the Edo period.
Every swordsmith of this school used the character “Kiyo” in their names like Kiyofusa and Kiyotsuna. Their forging style is Ko-Itame-Hada with Masame, Hamon is usually Suguha with Ashi and Nioikuchi.

From Aoi Art: Kiyofusa usually just makes a Suguha blade but this sword is Niedeki-Gunome-Midare.
We strongly recommend this Kiyofusa’s masterpiece.
