This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo Saku ranking.
The blade is polished.
Whole Shirasaya length: 86.5 cm or 34.05 inches.
Whole Koshirae length: 222 cm or 87.40 inches.
Blade length: 31.0cm or 12.2 inches.
Width at the hamachi:2.12 cm or 0.83 inches.
Jidai: Late Muromachi period.
Shape: The Kerakubi is longer than usual Yari which means the blade was made at the late Muromachi period.
(Kerakubi means the length of the Hamachi to bottom of the blade.)
Jitetsu: Itame hada and Masame hada mix and well grained with much Jinie attach.
Hamon: Niedeki Gunome midare hamon with Togariba hamon mix and on the back, Hitatsura hamon work.
Special feature: This blade has longer Kerakubi which means the blade was made Muromachi period.
Yoshisuke started the early Muromachi period but it is very difficult to distinguish each generation.
Koshirae: Koshirae is in good condition with the Manji family crest.
