The blade was polished.
Habaki : silver double habaki.
Blade length : 30.8 cm or 12.12inches.
Sori :0.3cm or 0.12 inches.
Mekugi : 3
Width at the hamachi : 3.04cm or 1.19inches.
Kasane : 0.49 cm or 0.19inches.
The weight of the sword : 220grams.
Era : late Nanbokucho period
Shape : The blade is wide and thin with little Sori. There are
Jigane : Koitame Hada well grained with jinie attach. There is Chikei.
Hamon : Niedeki small Gunomemidare and Chojimidare are mixed.
Bo-shi turns back roundly.

Special feature: Nobukuni are swordsmiths in Yamashiro.
Some historical person have Nobukuni.

Running horses are engraved with gold color.
Saya : Kairagi Saya with black Urushi laquer.
Tsuba : Shakudo Nanako Tsuba, horse is engraved with gold color.
Menuki : horse is engraved with gold color. It might be solid gold.
Kozuka: Shakudo Nanako, horse is engraved with gold color.
Kogai: Shakudo Nanako, horse is engraved with gold color.

From Aoi Art: The founder of the Nobukuni started from the end of Kamakura period to Muromachi period. This school was lineage to the Rai school. So there are the work of Soshu Den Midare Hamon and Suguha Hamon. The Koshirae is horse design.
