From Aoi Art: The Mino school’s Hamon is mixed with Owari’s Hataraki. There were several wars from Muromachi to Azuchi-Momoyama period, so swordsmiths were very busy making swords, but in Edo period, the wars came to an end and many swordsmiths moved into the country.
It seems that this sword was also made by one of the swordsmiths who moved from Mino province to Owari province.
