Era : Late Muromachi Period.
Shape : It is rather wide and thick healthy tanto.
Jitetsu : Itame Hada well grained with Jinie attached.
It is clear and strong Hada that has feeling of Mino Katana.
Hamon : It is Gunome Midare hamon from the Hamachi and gradually becomes Suguha.
There is mixture of Komudare. Boshi is Hakikake brush up round shape Hamon.
Special feature : Kanenori was active from late Muromachi period and numbers of sword smith called themselves Kannori at the time.
This piece is resembles the work of Bizen Sukesada because of its gorgeous gunome midare that becomes suguha.
It is elegant work.
