Shape : The blade is broad and thick with Bohi on the both sides. Powerful shape.
Jigane : Koitamehada is grained well with Jinie. Well-grained Jigane.
Hamon : Niedeki upside-down Choji-midare with deep Nioikuchi, which is suggestive of Aoe school. Boshi is sharp and turns back deeply.

Special feature: Fukuoka Ju Yoshihiro was born in 1946, Fukuoka. After he graduated Kurume University, he became a pupil at Sumitani Masamine in 1971, who is one of Japanese Living National Treasure. In Newly-made Great Swords Exhibition(Shinto Meito Ten), he won a series of prizes as „NBTHK Headmaster Prize“ and „Prize by Director General of Agency for Cultural Affairs“ and approved as Mukansa swordsmith, which is the highest level of the swordsmith.
