The blade was polished.
Blade length : 42.4cm or 16.69 inches.
Sori : 1.85cm or 0.72 inches.

Width at the hamachi :2.54cm or 1 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.85cm or 0.72 inches.
Kasane : 0.5cm or 0.19 inches.
The weight of the sword 315grams
Era : unknown.
Shape : The blade is regular size with deep sori and longer kissaki.
Jigane : Ko Itame Hada well grained. There are some small Kizu.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Gunome Midare. But the Hamon is not clear.
The blade might be Saiha(re-tempered). The Kissaki is Midarekomi style.

Special feature: The signature is fake and the blade is Saiha(re-tempered).

Koshirae : Handachi Koshirae
Saya :Black Ishime Ji Saya.
Tsuba : Shakudo Nanako, Samurai and Oni devil are engraved with gold color. On the back side, there are pine tree is engraved with gold inlay.
Menuki : Phoenix is engraved with gold color.
Kozuka: Copper, two horses are engraved.
Kogatana: unknown signature.

From Aoi Art: The blade is almost worthless, but the Koshirae itself is well made. We think that the sword has been cherished for a long time. We highly recommend this work. It is evaluated as a value for the Koshriae rather than the blade.
