This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo Saku ranking.

The blade was polished.
Habaki : Gold failed double habaki.
Blade length : 40.8 cm or 10.1inches.
Sori : 1.1 or 0.43 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.27 cm or 1.29 inches.
Kasane : 0.71cm or 0.3 inches.
The weight of the sword 370 grams.
Era : Edo Kanbun era.
Shape : The blade is wide and thick with suitable sori.
On the front, engraved Bo-hi and Goma hash and
on the back, goma hashi is engraved.
Jigane :Itame had well grained and visible to see the texture.
Hamon : Nie deki gunome midare and boshi is round shape Togari style.

Special feature:It is said that Yamato Daijyo Masanori the First was descended
from Sanjo Yoshinori. Yoshinori was the representative swordsmith of Yamashiro province
in the middle Muromachi period. Masanori was born at Miyazu in Tango province and learned
under his father Norimitsu. Masanori lived in Kyoto for a period of time and moved to Echizen province,
present Fukui prefecture. He worked as a retained swordmisth of the Matsudaira family, a near relation of the Tokugawas.

This sword is consignment sale without Kanteisyo.
So we sell the sword as no guarantee the signature.
The signature is very close but slightly questionable signature.
Probably NBTHKwill be judged as Horyu judge
whether the blade’s signature is good or not.
But the sword itself looks like Echizen shinto.
