This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo Saku ranking.
The blade is polished.
Blade length(nagasa) : 36.0 cm or 14.17 inches.
Sori : 0.9 cm or 0.35 inches.
Mekugi :  2
Width at the hamachi : 3.21 cm or 1.26 inches.
Kasane : 0.70 cm or 0.27 inches.
Era : Edo period around Kanbun era.
Shape : Wide and thick blade with nice Sori.
There are engraving of Ken and Dokko.
Jitetsu: Itame Hada and Mokume Hada well grained with Jinie attach. Hadadatsu.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Suguha Hamon. There are Kuichigai Ha and Yo.
The Nioikuchi is soft. Boshi is round shape.

Special feature: Tanba Daijo Fujiwara Shigetsune is a sword smith of Kaga province.
They continued to 4th generation. This blade was made by 1st generation of Shigetsune.
It is says that Shigetsune is the same person of Echizen Toyohara Shigetsune.
This blade is Kanmuri Otoshi style Wakizashi.

Koshirae :
Saya : Dark brown Saya with black line.
Tsuba : Iron Tsuba with Amida Yasuri.
Menuki : Shakudo plate, family crests are engraved with gold color.
Fuchikashira: Shakudo, chrysanthemum and wave are engraved
with gold color.
Kozuka Kogatana: Shakudo Nanako, persons and horse are engraved with gold and copper color.
