The blade was polished by high ranking polisher.
Habaki :Gold wrapped rock style habaki.
Blade length : 54.7 cm or 21.53 inches.
Sori : 1.212 cm or 0.477 inches.

Width at the hamachi : 3.27cm or 1.28 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.57 cm or 1.01 inches.
Kasane : 0.7cm or 0.27 inches.
Weight of the blade: 687 grams
Era : Edo period kanbun era.
Shape : The blade is very wide(3.27cm)
and thick very healthy blade with O-kissaki style.
Jigane :Koitame hada well grained with jinie attach and clear midair utsuri appear.
Hamon :Konie deki choji midare, Fukuro choji midare mixed active temper line in Hamon, ashi, yo and sunagasi, kinsuji work.
Bo-shi is midarekomi style and yo work.

Special feature:Minamoto Mitsuhira was called Dewa Nyudo Taishin Hokyo Minamoto Mitsuhira.
He was born at Koshu Gamo and moved to Kyoto and then moved again to Edo.
And his sword sometimes changed to Koto blade.
His swords had high reputation for Ichimonji style with active Choji midare Hamon.
This sword looks Koto Ichimonji.
