This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : Gold foiled single habaki.
Blade length : 49.4 cm or 19.44 inches.
Sori : 0.9 cm or 0.35 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.86 cm or 1.12 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.0 cm or 0.78 inches.
Kasane : 0.67cm or 0.26 inches.
The weight of the sword: 435 grams.
Era : Edo period Kanbun era
Shape : Regular width and thickness with moderate sori , longer kissaki.
Jigane : Koitame hada well grained. It is beautiful Osaka jigane.
Hamon : It is suguha from hamachi and then chojimidare to Kissaki with long ashi.

Special feature: Tadayuki studied under first generation Tadatsuna
and this sword is identical to Tadatsuna sword. It is wide
and thick gorgeous piece of work. There is first generation Tadayuki
and second generation Tadayuki. This sword is first generation Tadayuki work.
Tadayuki was called Taro Uzaemon and was called the brother of Oumi
no kami Tadatsuna and his sword is similar to his brother’s work.
Especially the hamon entwine with the ashi
and there is many sunagashi activity seen.
It is sharp sword ryo-wazamono piece.

Koshirae
Tsuba:on the round shape iron stub, some samurai are engraved with gold color.
Fuchikashira:On the syakudo plate, waves are engraved.
Saya: On the blue shell powder, upper part is brown color painted.
Menuki: Shibuichi plate, a family crest is engeraved.
