Blade length : 31.3 cm or 12.32 inches.
Sori : No Sori
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.13 cm or 1.23 inches.
Kasane : 0.65 cm or 0.25 inches.
Era : Late Edo period.
Shape : The blade is Katakiri style with thick and healthy blade.
Jitetsu : Koitame hada well grained with jinie attach and visible to see the texture.
Hamon : Koniedeki suguha and round style Boshi.

Special feature : Generally quantity production items Kaifu swords cut the signature on the sword part of the blade not Nakago.
The signature of the Ozaki Baku Kaifu-to was made by Ozaki sword smith.
This school started from Nanbokucyo period to Late Edo period for a long period.
This sword group was working at Awa province (Tokushima prefecture).
Generally speaking this mass productive item’s Jigane is not so good which is Ooitame hada with many openings and lose hada.
