Kasane : 0.65 cm or 0.25 inches.
Era :Edo period Kanbun period
Shape : It is wide and thick with bohi engraved.
It is thick sword and there is some suriage.
Jitetsu : Koitame hada well grained with jinie attached. It is clear and beautiful style hada.
Hamon : Konie structure suguha with koashi attached.
Boshi is round end with nijyuba works.

Special feature : Musashi daijyo Korekazu was born in Oumi no kuni
and was called Oumi Sekido. Later on he has moved to Edo
and has made many Ichimonji style piece. Dewanoakami MItsuhira has also
been active along with Musashi Daijyo Korekazu.
The difference of Kosaku(Old style) Ichimonji is the shinogiji is masame style.
The mumei kiwame Ichimonji has hi engraved in the shinogiji but the quality stay the same.
This sword is suguha style with koashi attached. It is fine work of Musashi daisho.
The character 撙 Herikudaru could mean that it is making something.
That words used to show one’s humbleness.

Koshirae :
Tsuba : Mokko shape iron tsuba with dragon design engraved.
Fuchikashira : On the iron plate, a poerful dragon was engraved.
Saya : Red brown color ishimeji.
Menuki : Shakudo nanakoji plate with dragon design engraved and inlaid with gold.
