The blade is polished.
Habaki: gold and silver double Habaki.
Blade length : 55.2 cm or 21.73 inches.
Sori : 1.2 cm or 0.47 inches.
Mekugi : 2
Width at the hamachi : 2.65 cm or 1.04 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.02 cm or 0.79 inches.
Kasane : 0.52 cm or 0.20 inches.
Era : Early Muromachi period.
Shape : Regular width and thickness Wakizashi.
Jitetsu : Ko Mokuke Hada well grained with Jinie attach.
There are Utsuri.
Hamon : Nie Deki, Suguha and Notare Ha with Ko-Ashi.
There are double Ha and Uchinoke. In ha, Sunagashi and Kinsuji.

Special feature : The NBTHK judged this blade as Uda.
From the bright Jigane and Hamon, the blade was made around early Muromachi period.
The Uda school is said to have originated in Yamato province.
The founder Kunimitsu moved to Ettyu province in the last Kamakura period.

Koshirae :
Tsuba : Iron Tsuba, flower with gold inlay.
Fuchikashira : Shakudo, wave design is engraved.
Saya : Kawarinuri Saya.
Menuki : Shakudo, some design is engraved with gold color.
Kurikata: Silverm wave design is engraved.
Kojiri: Copper.
