This sword belongs to Jyojyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished.
Habaki : gold foiled double Habaki.
Blade length : 51.5 cm or 20.27 inches.
Sori : 1.2 cm or 0.47 inches.
Mekugi :  1
Width at the hamachi : 2.64 cm or 1.03 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 1.78 cm or 0.70 inches.
Kasane : 0.56 cm or 0.22 inches.
Era : Late Kamakura period.
Shape : Osuriage Mumei, slightly narrower and thin Wakizashi.
Jigane : Ko-Itame Hada well grained with thick Jinie attach.
Shinogi-Ji: Ko-Itame Hada well grained. There are some rough texture.
Hamon : Ko Nie Deki, Choji Midare with thick Nioikuchi.
In Ha, there are Sunagashi and Kinsuji. Boshi is Midarekomi style.

Special feature: The Ichimonji School had been prospered in Bizen province
from early Kamakura to Namboku-cho period. It was one of the two principal Schools prospered
in Bizen provinvce ranked with Osafune School. The name Ichimonji was derived
from a Chinese character means one or the first that was used as a kind of signature inscribed
on the tang. The Ichimonji School was divided broadly into four categories:
classical Ko-Ichimonji in the early years, brilliant Fukuoka-Ichimonji of the middle period,
remarkably brilliant Yoshioka-Ichimonji in the last period and Katayama-Ichimonji.
If the blade will be polished again, the blade will be nice Jigane.
It could also be seen as Juyo sword.

Koshirae :
Saya : Wakari Nuri and Inro Kizami Saya.
Tsuba : Mokko shape Shakudo Nanako Tsuba,
autumn flower and insects are engraved with gold color.
Fuchikashira: Shakudo Nanako Tsuba, autumn flower and insects are engraved with gold color.
Menuki : Shakudo, arrows are engraved with gold color.

From Aoi Art : Most famous sword smith is Fukuoka and Yoshioka in the Ichimonji school.
This blade looks like Yoshioka Ichimonji.
The Jigane is elegant and clear. The Hamon’s Nioikuchi is thick and
beautiful Notare base Gunome Midare. Also there are long Kinsuji.
