The blade was polished.
Habaki : Gold foiled single Habaki.
Blade length : 45.8cm or 18.03 inches.
Sori :1.3 or 0.51 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 3.28 cm or 1.29 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.49 cm or 0.98 inches.
Kasane : 0.76 cm or 0.29 inches.
Weight of the blade: 515grams
Era : Edo period Genroku era.
Shape : The blade is 3.28cm wide and thick with deep sori and longer kissaki very healthy blade.
Jigane :Itame hada well grained with jinie attach blackish jigane.
Hamon :Nie deki suguha from the Hamachi and then deep nioikuchi gunome midare with ashi and yo work.
Inside of the blade has sunagashi and kinsuji work.
Bo-shi is a constricted and round style.

Special feature: There are some Kunimasa in Edo period Kunihiro student
and others but NBTHK judged as Mutsu province Kunimasa.
His name was Oumi Kuni Minamoto Kunimasa who was a student of the Tatsuhide after he moved to Edo.

Koshirae:
Tsuba: Mokko shape iron Tsuba, brass is inlaid.
Menuki: Chicken is engraved with gold color.
Fuchi: Shakudo, a phoenix is engraved with gold color.
kashira: Copper, plants are engraved.
Saya: Dark green color Saya with gold powder.
