The blade was polished.
Blade length : 50.3 cm or 19.80 inches.
Sori : 1.2 cm or 0.47 inches.
Mekugi : 1
Width at the hamachi : 2.99 cm or 1.17 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.21 cm or 0.87 inches.
Kasane : 0.64 cm or 0.25 inches.
Era : Middle Edo period. Enpo era.
Shape : It is rather wide and thick wakizashi
with some sori seen. Kissaki is rather long.
Jitetsu : Koitame had well grained with jinie attached.
It is clear and beautiful jigane.
Hamon : Nie base. It is suguha from the hamachi area
and gradually becomes gunome. Sunagashi,
and Kinsuji well seen. Boushi is round and yakisage style.

Special feature : Iga no Kami Fujiwara Kinmichi was
a stream of the kanemichi in Muromachi period.
Ecchu kami masatoshi, first generation Tanba and also
Dewa Daijyo Fujiwara kinmichi and so on were student of the Kinmichii.
This sword is wide and thick healthy sword.
The hamon is typical Kinmichi Hamon.

Koshirae :
Tsuba : Round shape iron stub with rectangular hole open work engraved.
Fuchi: On yamagane plate, family crest is engraved. Kashira: Tsuno(horn)
Saya : Aogai(blue shell) sparkled.
Menuki : Man engraved and inlayed with gold.
