This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo saki ranking.
The blade was polished by high ranking polisher.
Habaki :gols wrapped double habaki.
Blade length : 39.4 cm or 15.5 inches.
Sori :1cm or 0.394inches.
Mekugi :1  
Width at the hamachi : 3.13cm or 1.23 inches.
Kasane : 0.35cm or 0.138 inches.
Era : Edo period Kanei era. 1624.
Shape : The blade is wide and thick with deep sori Shobu zukuri style
On the front, Goma bash and on the back bo-hi are engraved.
The blade is healthy nice style sword.
Jigane :Koitame had well grained with jinie attich
and chikei work and nice oosaka jigane.
Hamon :Konie deck suguha from the Hamachi and then gunome midair
with thick nioikuchi Boshi is kubire and turns back round shape.

Special feature: First generation Kunisuke was born at Kameyama
Ise Mie province. He was a student of Horikawa Kunihiro.
Also First generation Izumino kami kunisada was working for Horikawa Kunihiro.
Kunisuke’s jigane and hamon both very similar with Kunisada.
He got the title of the Kawachi no kami at Kanei 2 (1625).
After Kunihiro’s passed away, they moved to Oosaka province
and they became pioneer of the Oosaka swordsmith.
Second generation Kunisuke’s style is Kobushi choji
and he was continued this style.
FIrst generation Kunisuke’s style is So-den style,
Many sword collector’s are looking for his blade and also his blades are very rare.
This blade is very active, healthy and wild looks like Kunihiro’s blade.

Koshirae :
Saya : Black Roiro Saya with family crest.
Tsuba : Mokko shape, Shakudo Nanako Tsuba, Chysamthemum and Kiri are engraved with gold color. (NBTHK Hozon Paper: Mumei Mino)
Menuki : Shakudo, tiger is engraved with gold color.
Fuchikashira: Kurigata: Karizuno: Shakudo Nanako,
Chysamthemu is engraved with gold color.

From Aoi Bijyutsu:He was a samurai before sword smith.
After his master destruction of a daimyo,
he decided to be a wordsmith and then he moved
to Kyoto and study under the Kunitomo.
His sword is very similar with Oya kunisada(Izumi kami)
I think He was making with his friend Kunisada.
Be cause his swords are very similar with Kunisada.
