Shinto:jyousaku :Hizen.
(We divide 4 sections for each sword as Saijyo saku, Jyojyo saku Jyo saku and regular saku)
This sword belongs to Jyo Jyo saku ranking.
The blade was polished by good polisher.
Habaki :copper double gold color habaki.
Blade length(nagasa) : 48.8 cm or 19.21 inches.
Sori: 1.52cm or 0.59 inches.
Mekugi :  1
Width at the hamachi : 3.31 cm or 1.30 inches.
Width at the Kissaki : 2.23 cm or 0.87 inches.
Kasane : 0.62 cm or 0.24 inches.
Era : Edo period Kanbun era.
Shape(Sugata):The blade is wide and thick
with deep sori and longer kissaki nice looking shape.
Hamon :The hamon is tenpered wide ,and the pattern in oogunome is
wildly intricate containing some disordery grain formation (niekuzure)
Boshi:round shape niedeki with thick nioiguchi.

Special feature:ukihiro was a swordsmith of Hizen province.
He is the second son of Hashimoto Yoshinobu.
Yukihiro got the title of Dewa Daijo in 1648 and ranked up to Dewa (No) Kami in 1663.
He moved to Nagasaki to learn under Hisatsugu and Tanenaga
who were skilled to use western steels exported from Dutch.
Later he became a retained swordsmith of the Nabeshima family
and lived at Nagase town. He passed away in 1683, aged 66.

Koshirae :
Saya :black roiro saya.
Tsuba :On the oval shape syakudo plate,
landscape in painted by gold color.
Menuki : a dragon is engraved with gold color.
Fuchikashira:On the syakudo nanako plate,
horse are engraved with gold color.
Kozuka: On the shakudo nanako plate, plant is engraved with gold color.

From Aoi Bijyutsu This wakizashi is deep nioikuchi gunome midare
hamon like summer clouds like floating in the blue sky.
This Hamon is as same as his brother’s active wild feeling hamon.
The Koshirae is also nice.
